We are always interested in buying quality jewellery and watches. We offer cash or credit depending on the items in question.
In the case of broken jewellery we usually offer credit that can be used in our three retail stores, our online jewellery store – ICE Fine Jewellery, or against the purchase of custom made jewellery.
It is your right to withdraw from a jewellery repair at any time before the repair itself is carried out. However, if the quote changed due to inaccurate information being provided, or unforeseen circumstances, then you would be required to pay return postage.
Whilst within our possession your items will be covered by our insurance. When we post your items back to you they will be covered by the insurance of Royal Mail’s Special delivery.
You are responsible for choosing the correct postal service and level of cover when initially sending us your jewellery.
